Manufacturing Process
At PT. Yoltan Sari, we utilize the advanced white charcoal method to manufacture our sawdust briquettes. This innovative technique ensures the production of durable, high-performance briquettes that offer an efficient, cleaner burning alternative to traditional fuels. Our white charcoal process enhances the quality and longevity of the briquettes, providing customers with superior products that generate less smoke and higher heat output.
Export Markets
We have established strong relationships with distributors and businesses across international markets, including Korea, Japan, and Saudi Arabia. Our ability to consistently deliver high-quality products has made us a trusted supplier in these regions, known for reliability and excellence.
Commitment to Quality
At the core of our business is a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability. We rigorously test our briquettes to ensure they meet environmental guidelines and provide optimal performance for heating, cooking, and industrial applications.
Sustainability
We are proud to contribute to the reduction of environmental impact through our sustainable manufacturing practices. By using sawdust, a natural byproduct of the woodworking industry, we create an efficient fuel alternative that reduces waste and supports greener energy solutions.

White Charcoal Process
This process involve heating wood in a kiln at high temperatures. The wood is first pyrolyzed at a lower temperature for a period of time, then the temperature is increased to make the wood red-hot. The charcoal is then removed from the kiln and covered with a moist mixture of sand, ash, and earth to cool it.
The advantages:
- Long burn time : Burns significantly longer than regular charcoal, so you won’t have to replenish it frequently while grilling.
- Minimal smoke : Burns cleaner with minimal smoke, making it ideal for grilling in smoke-sensitive areas like indoor yakitori.
- Even heat : Unlike regular charcoal, which can have uneven heat distribution, the white briquette offers a steady, even temperature that ensures your food cooks evenly, making it a top choice for chefs and grilling.
